HOW TO USE YOUR CRYSTALS

To get the most out of your crystal, follow a few simple steps. First, cleanse the crystal by smudging it with sage, dhoop, or incense—or briefly placing it in salt water for 10–20 seconds. Next, set your intention by holding the crystal, focusing on your goal, and visualizing its energy aligning with your purpose. Then, connect with its energy by wearing or holding the crystal, taking deep breaths, and imagining its vibration supporting your balance and intentions. Finally, recharge it regularly—about every 30 days—by placing it on a selenite plate or under the moonlight to refresh its energy.
1. Cleanse the Crystal
Before using any crystal, it’s important to clear away any energies it may have absorbed. You can do this by gently smudging the crystal with sage, dhoop, or incense, allowing the smoke to purify it. Alternatively, immerse the crystal in salt water for 10–20 seconds—just be sure the stone is not water-sensitive (avoid this for stones like selenite, malachite, or pyrite).
2. Set Your Intention
Crystals amplify your energy and goals, but they need direction. To program your crystal, hold it in your hands, close your eyes, and focus on what you want to manifest—whether it's love, protection, calm, or abundance. Visualize the crystal’s energy aligning with your intention and becoming a powerful ally for your purpose.
3. Connect with Its Energy
To truly benefit, you need to form an energetic bond with your crystal. Wear it as jewelry or keep it in your pocket, and take a few deep breaths while holding it. As you breathe, imagine the crystal’s energy merging with yours, supporting your balance, healing, or personal transformation.
4. Recharge Regularly
Crystals work hard and can become energetically heavy over time. To keep them effective, it’s important to recharge them every 30 days. You can do this by placing your crystal on a selenite charging plate, which naturally clears and amplifies energy, or by leaving it under the moonlight overnight, especially during the full moon.
